How to use: Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal. Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap. Regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and even infections for some.
