- How to use:
- ~Step 1: The soft AllMatters cup unfolds to form a light suction seal, keeping it safely in place.
- ~Step 2: When placed correctly you shouldn’t feel the cup. Go swim, do sports and forget all about your period.
- ~Step 3: Even public toilets are no challenge – just use toilet paper and rinse when you’re back home.
AllMatters wipes
- The wipes are used for cleaning the menstrual cup on occasions without access to clean water and for sanitising the cup between periods

- How to use: Simply clean your menstrual cup with a wipe and make sure it is completely dry before you reinsert the cup. Remember to also wash your hands.
AllMatters wash
- The cup wash is used for cleaning your menstrual cup before insertion/after removal and as a pH-balanced intimate wash. It is perfume-free and suitable for all skin types.
- Contains 75ml.

- How to use: Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal. Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap. Regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and even infections for some.
GladRags pantyliner
- Approx. 6.75" long, 2.25" wide (when snapped)
- Equivalent to a small disposable pantyliner
- Cleaning & Care:
- ~Soak in cold water, if desired, to help prevent staining. Use the presoak function on your washing machine, or soak in a covered rust-proof container. Change soaking water daily.
- ~Machine wash cold using a natural detergent and tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. You may hand wash pads if desired.
- ~Remove pads from dryer promptly and store flat to eliminate wrinkling; use cool iron if desired. Store your pads in a clean, dry place until next use
- Avoid using detergents with fabric softeners or whiteners/brighteners as these can inhibit the absorbency of your cloth pads. Be aware that soaking your cloth pads in water with additives such as hydrogen peroxide can degrade the fabric and lead to holes. For this reason, we recommend utilizing stain removers as spot treatments and do not advise soaking cloth pads in water treated with peroxide-based stain removers.
- We do not recommend the use of castile soap, facial soap, or other soaps not intended for textile laundering. Excess detergent may lead to build up, which can limit the absorbency of your cloth pads.
